The moment when we imagine the white page in our minds, may be the moment of a challenging question which we fear and we want to decode.

The white page is a psychological situation we are passing when we are uncertain about a subject which concerns us, when we feel bored or even lack of ambition.

When it suddenly arrives in your mind, the white page reminds you the lack of action to fullfill your goals and it may be there for your benefit, to make you advance toward certain key-points of your life.

Perhaps, when you imagine it, you certainly want it to disappear as quickly as possible.

So, I’ll try to help you with this issue!

This may be rather simple. For me, the best way to emphasize the white page, is to make you aware of who you are, because everyone of us is an interesting person.

If you read this article with the hope you’ll find answers, then you are unhappy and feeling like you are at the end of your life.

Think back to a happy day in your life (I hope you had several) or a happy moment, and when you found these moments, try to remember precisely what brings you the good mood whether was an emotion, a thing or something you accomplished.

WRITE IT DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER and place it somewhere to be found easily when you’ll need it.
